Migration
Moving from Excel, Tally or another ERP
Data migration is the number-one worry when a school changes software. The Migration Workbench imports students, guardians, staff, classes, fee structures, opening dues and marks history from Excel / CSV with column mapping, validation, preview and rollback per batch. Opening dues are reconciled to your legacy totals before go-live, and our team runs assisted migrations for schools that prefer to hand over their files.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers up to 150 students with attendance, notices, basic fees and the public website. Paid plans start at ₹99 per student per year.
How long does setup take?
Registration creates your site in a few minutes. A typical school is live in one to three weeks: masters, student import, fee structures, parent activation.
Can we move from Excel, Tally or another ERP?
Yes. The Migration Workbench imports students, guardians, staff, fee dues and marks history from Excel / CSV with validation and rollback, and we run assisted migrations.
Where is our data kept?
On our servers in India, one database per institute, hourly backups off-site, TLS everywhere. You can export everything at any time.
Which boards and formats are covered?
CBSE, CISCE and state boards for report cards and registers, NEP Holistic Progress Card, UDISE+ exports, CBSE Appendix IX disclosure page. Higher-education semester, CBCS and CO-PO tools are included in Pro.
Do parents need to install an app?
No app-store install is required: the parent and teacher app is a PWA that works in the browser on any Android or iPhone and can be added to the home screen. Login is by mobile OTP.
Can our dealer or trust group run several schools?
Yes. Multi-branch groups get a group console; resellers get white-label domains and their own console.
Is fee payment ever used to block a child?
No. Fee dues never block attendance, exams, results or transfer certificates. That guard rail is built in.
